After a very long wait Championship Manager Three has finally been released, 3 years on since the last major release, Championship manager is back, and this time with features that not only makes the game more enjoyable but dramatically more realestic!

New features include active reserve teams, Under 21 internationals, the ability to hire coaching/scouting staff, More transfer options such as apperance related fees and sell on clauses and the ability to design your own tactics and training systems.

The game it`s self is immediately accessable to players of the orignal games, though it will take some time to come to terms with the tactics in order to be successful, though I found it to be difficult at first to get into, but after tinkering with the tactics I was able to win pormoation to the premiership plus both domestic cups with Norwich City.

The game though is a vast improvement over the original and once Sports Interactive get a patch out to fix bugs in the database, the game could go on to be recognised as the best soccer managment game available.
